Chuck recently replaced the drainfield on our septic system. He referred us to his regular qualified design guy to design the leach field, applied for the permit, took care of business. Eldorado County inspector signed the installation off without issue. Clyde (design guy) provided an as-built to file with the county. These guys do things the correct way. Leach fields do not last forever & the repair is not cheap to do – Don’t let a plumber or a buddy tell you they can do things much cheaper!! Design, permitting, inspection and as-builts on record matter when it’s time to sell your property!! These guys do good work for very fair pricing without surprises or trying to squeeze more money from you. Highly recommended.

Chuck helped us sort out a fairly tricky issue with our Septic. We’re the second owners of our home, and our septic system is nearly its standard shelf-life. It’s also a pump system, pushing our grey-water uphill to the leech field. We had a tree felled near the field, which resulted in grey water bubbling up (not a great sign). Chuck was super communicative and flexible, he spent a lot of time investigating the problem and always made sure to check in with me on what he found and what our options were. In the end, he discovered our distributor box had been choked with roots and was able to abandon one line and reconnect the rest – saving our leech field (and us a LOT of money to replace it).
